Terms & Conditions For Online Fitness Packages & Other Services

Whilst every care is taken in the provision of online fitness sessions and online coaching, all dogs attending do so entirely at their owners’ risk.

We reserve the right to refuse fitness sessions or coaching if the animal requires veterinary treatment or rehabilitation with a veterinary specialist prior to fitness training. In this case the client will be liable to pay £20. However, this fee will be taken off your next appointment if one is booked.
We reserve the right to refuse fitness sessions, coaching, or any other services at any time.
You agree that if your dog has had a previous injury or surgery or has/previously had a condition, that they have completed a rehabilitation program with a veterinary specialist, or have been signed off by their vet.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If they are not, the full session fee will be charged.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must give at least 48 hours notice before your first consultation.
You must send your videos for assessment at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to do so, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and may be charged at full price.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your fitness equipment, or any substitutes for equipment, or any areas or belongings in your home, or the area in which you run your fitness session(s).
We cannot be held responsible for any injury to you or your dog, or any other participant in your fitness session(s).
You agree that the fitness plans given to you are only suitable for the dog that attends the fitness session, coaching, or other service.
You agree that you will follow the fitness plan precisely as given by your K9PT.

By confirming your canine fitness appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above.

Terms & Conditions For Webinars

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Dachshund Puppy Fitness Webinar(“Webinar”) hosted by Santosha Movement (“Organiser”). By registering for the Webinar, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Registration is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from the Organiser.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once registered, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on your end.

If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the recording (see Section 3).

3. Access to Recordings

A recording of the Webinar will be made available to registered participants after the live session.

Access details for the recording will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Recordings are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from the Organiser.

4. Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software to access the Webinar and/or recording.

The Organiser is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, slides, recordings, and content shared during the Webinar are the intellectual property of the Organiser.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

The Webinar is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from attending the Webinar.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Webinar or use of the recording.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Terms & Conditions For Online Courses

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
1. You must be a minimum age of 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to access our courses.
2. Access to our courses may be subject to restrictions based on location or other criteria.
Enrollment and Payment
1. All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
2. Payment methods include credit/debit cards.
3. Course fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under our refund policy (see Section 5).
Access and Usage
1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
2. You agree not to share, distribute, copy, or resell any course content without prior written permission.
3. Access to the course materials is provided for a specified duration, unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
1. All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and software, is the property of Santosha Movement or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Unauthorized use of the course content may result in legal action.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to no more than 25% of the course having been completed.
2. No refunds will be issued after completing 25% of the course.
User Conduct
1. You agree to use the course materials responsibly and not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms other users, the platform, or its functionality.
2. Misuse of the course materials, including cheating, sharing login credentials, or abusive behavior, may result in termination of access without a refund.
Privacy Policy
1. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy [provide link].
Limitation of Liability
1. Santosha Movement will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the courses.
2. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from course participation.
Modifications

2. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Welcome to The Dachshund Fitness Community, we are so happy to have you here! Please take the time to read through these T&Cs for joining our community and membership. By accepting this and joining the community, you also agree to adhere to the rules.

Within these terms, any reference to “Us”, “Our” or “We” is a reference to Santosha Movement and The Dachshund Fitness Community (“the Company”) and any reference to “You” or “Your” is a reference to any user or purchaser.

General Community Ethos

Be Kind – Everyone who agrees to join The Dachshund Fitness Community agrees to come with kindness and understanding. Anyone who engages in bullying makes unkind comments or shows inappropriate behaviour will have their membership cancelled with no refund and will be removed from the community.
Be Supportive – Encourage and support your fellow members through their journeys with their dachshunds. Please share your thoughts and opinions in a respectful way and refrain from being unkind or judgemental. dd
Share your journey and experiences with others without lecturing, pressuring, or assuming that one method works for all. Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.
Be Constructive – Lets be here to help each other push forwards and lift up, to create the best lives for our Dachshunds.
Refrain from self-promoting on the platform – This includes trying to sell your own products and services or promoting yourself to gain business. We will be working with a growing community of partners and we want to ensure they are of a high quality and in line with our ethos and mission.

The community is private and a space where we want people to feel safe to share without the worry of judgement. All videos, media, and posts belong to the Company and are protected by copyright laws. Please refrain from taking screenshots or sharing content outside of the Company so we can ensure everyone feels safe and supported.

Introduction
1. This document sets out the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) upon which you (the “Subscriber”) may subscribe to and use the online subscription-based business for dog owners (the “Service”) offered by the Company. By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not subscribe to or use the Service.
Eligibility
1. You must be a minimum age of 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to access our courses.
2. Your dachshund must be over 1 year old and have no known pre-exisiting conditions.
3. If your dachshund is recovering from IVDD, you acknowledge that they cannot participate in any fitness course until they have fully recovered and have been signed off by their veterinarian or rehabilitation specialist to participate.
Subscription Plan and Fees
1. The Company offers one subscription plan. Once you subscribe to our service you will become a “Subscriber”. The cost of your subscription will be automatically prorated depending on your subscription date. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and as you will have immediate access to resources and the community, they are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle and you will not be refunded for the current billing period. The Company reserves the right to change its subscription plans and fees at any time, upon 7 days’ notice to Subscribers.
Billing and Payment
1. You must provide a valid credit card or debit card number in order to subscribe to the Service. Your subscription fee will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the same day each month. Payments are taken by a third party, Stripe. If your payment is declined for any reason, your subscription and your access to subscription features will be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you fail to pay your subscription fee for more than 7 days.
Cancellation
1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your member billing on Mighty Networks. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Kindness and Understanding
1. As a Subscriber to the Service, you agree to be kind and understanding to all members of the community. You agree to keep an open mind and refrain from unkind, abusive or untrue comments to any staff, or community members. The Company reserves the right to terminate your subscription with immediate effect if you do not adhere to this and can do so without warning, or refund.
Service Availability
1. The Company will use its reasonable efforts to make the Services available to Subscribers 24/7/365. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. Access to certain membership features, including direct messaging and the ability to flag comments for review, may be revoked if used in a manner that breaches our community guidelines. The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove these privileges at its discretion to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members.
Limited Licence
1. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service for any other purpose, including but not limited to:
  1. Reselling or distributing the Service or any part thereof; (this includes sharing The Dachshund Fitness Community content on your own social media without permission).
  2. Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of the Service;
  3. Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the Service;
  4. Using the Service to violate any laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
1. All of the intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to the software, code, text, images, and graphics, are owned by the Company or its licensors and they remain with us. You agree not to infringe upon any of the Company’s intellectual property rights. This means that whilst you have a personal licence to use the materials as learning tools, you are not permitted to copy, duplicate, edit, share or provide copies to others.
Confidentiality
1. You agree to keep confidential all information that you obtain from the Company or its customers, including but not limited to personal details posted on the community, customer names, addresses, and contact information.
Privacy Policy
1. By joining The Dachshund Fitness Community we agree to handle your data in accordance with our our privacy policy which you can view in full here.
Disclaimer of Warranties
1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. The aim of the membership is to provide connection to a community of dachshund lovers in a safe and judgement free online community. We provide education and information by taking a wholistic approach. We cannot guarantee outcomes of any kind. All information provided is general information and guidance it is not bespoke advice. We are not responsible for the action or inaction that you take as a result of being part of the community.
3. No content within this membership should be construed as medical or veterinary advice. You should never delay in seeking medical assistance for your dog from a qualified professional in the field.
Limitations of Liability
1. The Company is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with:
  1. The use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages;
  2. The opinions of other users of the service;
  3. Any content that is created or shared by users of the service;
  4. Any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the service;
  5. Any technical difficulties or malfunctions of the service;
  6. Any unauthorised access to or use of your account or information;
  7. Any damage to your fitness equipment, or any substitutes for equipment, or any areas or belongings in your home, or the area in which you run your fitness session(s); or
  8. Any injury to you or your dog, or any other participant in your fitness session(s).
2. Liability for Other People’s Opinions
  1. The Company is not liable for the opinions of other users of the Service. The Company does not endorse or condone the views expressed by other users, and it is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of any such views. If you are offended by the opinions of other users, you may report the content to the Company. The Company will review any reports and take appropriate action, including removing the content or suspending or terminating the user’s account. By using the Service, you agree to these Limitations of Liability. If you do not agree to these Limitations of Liability, you should not use the Service.
3. Complaints
  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any feedback or complaints then please get in touch with us right away by email so that we can address your concerns.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
1. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, upon 7 days’ notice to Subscribers. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
